Bringing over 30 years of hotel sales, marketing, and operational experience to the firm, Jeff Berger is the company’s President & CEO. Prior to the introduction of Conference Planning Resources, he served as Senior Vice President of Global Sales for an industry-leading hotel site selection firm. As SVP, Mr. Berger secured relationships with virtually every major hotel brand, independent properties and cruise lines, while assisting hundreds of organizations in obtaining access to the best deals at appropriate hotels and resorts worldwide. Having initially started his career working on-site at hotels and resorts, he has unprecedented knowledge of how hotels operate, both on the operational and sales side. Mr. Berger has been awarded the honor of serving on several industry Client Advisory Board of Directors.

Kelsey has been with CPR for more than 10 years and has more than 20 years of experience in the hotel site selection industry. She has assisted clients with researching locations and hotels, coordinating site inspections, and negotiating contracts.
Having grown up in Youngstown, Ohio, she came to Chicago to attend Northwestern University. After a brief stint at Edelman Public Relations, in the Travel and Tourism department, she transitioned to her preferred path in sales.
She has retained many of her clients for more than 17 years and believes that referrals are the key to success.
She spends her downtime volunteering with Chicago Cares, working out, traveling, and entertaining.
